The Freedom of Information Act 2000 gives rights of public access to information held by public authorities. The Cullege has adopted the model publication scheme approved by the Information Commissioner for use by all authorities from January 2009. The scheme represents a commitment to publishing information within certain broad classes. The Cullege website provides access to all the information the Cullege is undertaking to publish as part of the model scheme as well as much more besides.
Any page of the Cullege website may be printed off without charge. In rare cases there may be documents mentioned on the website which are only available in hard copy printed form. These may be viewed free of charge at the Cullege. If a member of the public requires a printed copy of any information published under the model scheme then they should complete and submit a Document Request Form. A charge of £50 is payable for any document provided by the Cullege in printed form.
If a member of the public wishes to view information made available by the Cullege but does not have internet access themselves then they will be able to come into our Conway Park Campus (click the Conway Park tab) and will be assisted to view the Cullege website there. Application to do this should be made to Learner Services at Conway Park.
For specific enquiries under the Freedom of Information Act, whether or not covered by the model publication scheme and where a particular contact is not given in the relevant part of the Cullege website, please in the first instance email: FOIEnquiries@wmc.ac.uk
