Wirral Metropolitan College NVQ Level 3 Beauty student, Sophie Barr, from New Brighton is looking forward to a bright future at the contemporary new Hairdressing Salon, Rage. Rage is located in Wallasey Road, Liscard.

Fourteen learners began the Army Preparation course in September 2006, two of the learners left the course due to personal commitments, twelve completed the course and gained an academic qualification.

Michael Quinn MBE, recently came to our Conway Park Campus to talk to Hospitality and Catering students about the dangers of drug and alcohol abuse in the Hospitality Industry.
Michael gained his first Michelin Star in 1980 while Head Chef at Gravetye Manor in Sussex, he was then headhunted to become Maitre Chef de Cuisine at the Ritz Hotel in London, the first British chef for over 75 years, he then proceeded to breathe new life into the restaurants and championed English food.
