EDEXCEL BTEC CERTIFICATE LEVEL 2 INTERMEDIATE AIR CABIN CREW PREPARATION
This 18 week part-time course is designed for those who wish to pursue career in the Travel and Tourism industry. It will help you succeed in areers such as cabin crew, sea crew or airport ground staff
There are four units of study:
- Airline Operations
- Air Cabin Crew Work Environment
- People Skills and Sales
- Health, Safety and Securit
All students will also complete a First Aid at Work Certificate.
Entry Guidelines:
- LITERACY -
Ability to complete forms satisfactorily - NUMERACY -
Ability to complete basic cash transactions - ACTION PLANNING -
Ability to prioritise tasks - MANUAL DEXTERITY AND PHYSICAL STAMINA -
You will need to be physically fit as the working hours can be long.
Students should be at least 17 years of age when starting the course, have good interpersonal skills and preferably some experience delivering service to customers.
Students must have a valid UK passport with 6 months at least before expiry.
