Congratulations to Phil Newbould from A.S. Newbould Limited; Joinery Manufacturers, based in Moreton, Wirral. Phil was a successful winner of a bottle of Champagne in our prize draw, held at the ‘Boost to Business’ seminar held at the New Brighton Pavilion recently.
The two-day seminar to boost business in Wirral has been hailed a great success, designed to forge links between the private and public sectors the event was well attended by and local businesses keen to find out how their businesses can benefit from the services being offered. Colleagues from Employer Services were on hand to introduce businesses to the wide range of assistance available to help combat challenging economic circumstances.
Wirral Council’s chief executive, Steve Maddox, said: “Wirral has an excellent track record of the public and private sector working together.
“This is more important than ever during these difficult times and events like this give us the chance to listen to our businesses so that we can continue to provide support where it’s needed most.”
Newbould’s is a thriving business, based at the Tarran Way Industrial Estate, a family owned business, Newbould’s is bucking the current trend and is developing new and exciting products and markets.
