Vacancy Description
The successful candidate will serve an advanced apprenticeship working in a high profile laboratory responsible for testing a wide range of petrochemical products. The laboratory is ISO 17025 accredited.
The laboratory works in conjunction with an inspection department.
Training will be given in product testing in accordance to IP, ASTM, ISO and other worldwide recognised test methodology.
Analysis involves the use of various instrumentation and laboratory techniques.
Over the course of the apprenticeship the successful candidate will gain a valuable insight into quality procedures and practices, health and safety, auditing, non conformance including investigation into non conformances, etc
The successful candidate will be sponsored to attend college in order to obtain ONC and HNC Chemistry qualifications.
Working Week 40 hours Monday to Friday
Weekly Wage £ 104.00
