Vacancy Description
Provide administration assistance to the Leasowe reception Team to include the following:
Inputting Customer Knowledge information onto the database
Processing of invoices
Scanning of customer related mail
Dealing with incoming post and preparation of outgoing post
Responsibility for the maintenance of adequate supplies of relevant forms
Any other administration task such as filing, photocopying and enveloping
Work as part of a team to establish and maintain effective administration systems, ensuring information is accurate, accessible and procedures are followed
Data entry onto the Groups Orchard computerised system
Use of fax to send and receive communications

Training to be Provided
L2 Intermediate Apprenticeship in Customer Services
L2 Diploma in Customer Services (Combined)
Functional Skills English Level 1
Functional Skills Mathematics Level 1
Employment Rights and Responsibilities

Working Week 35 hours – flexible
Weekly Wage £ 129.15
