• CIPD Certificate in Human Resources Practice
  This course serves both as a preparatory course for entry onto the Chartered Institute's Professional Programme and as a nationally recognised personnel qualification.
• ILM Award in First Line Management
  This qualification is designed for candidates wishing to develop the knowledge, understanding and skills required for current and future employment in first line management.
• ILM Level 2 Award Team Leading
  This Certificate course is designed to provide practising or aspiring team leaders with the foundation for their formal development within this role. It provides both knowledge and team leading skills.
• NVQ 3 Management - Work Based
  This is a work-based course where candidates will be supported by a tutor assessor in the work place. It contains mandatory units and 2 optional units which can be customised to a particular job role. Where candidates have been working as a manager for some time and are fully competent in their role most of this course can be completed by the accreditation of prior learning/ experience and through professional discussion.
• NVQ 4 Management - Work Based
  This is a work based course. Students develop their management skills as they are working. The qualification is built upon the skills demonstrated in the job role. This course enables candidates to obtain a formal qualification which recognises the competencies which managers demonstrate during their working day.
