Joanne & Ingrid are the Travel Shop Managers and they support learners whilst on placement. They initiate an individual training plan with the learner, which will specifically meet their needs and the requirements of the program and learners find their experience invaluable.
The travel shop managers between them have lots of experience in the Travel industry and both hold HND Travel & Tourism Management qualifications.
