This course is a preparation for learning in September, introducing you to Esports as well as completing work which will prepare you for future learning.
You will complete two units: Esports Games, Teams and Tournaments and Establishing an Esports Organisation. In these units you will develop skills that wll prepare you for a career in Eports, as well as preparation for future learning on Esports courses.
Relevant Level 1 qualification or minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade 3/D or above.
Satisfactory interview, assessment, school report and/or satisfactory reference.

You will complete assignments for each unit to meet the assessment criteria. You will be support to do plan this in your lessons and will compelte your assignments at the same time.
Are you aged 16-18?
Study Programmes are full-time courses for 16-18 year olds which include:
- A qualification such as BTEC Extended Diploma
- Meaningful work experience or preparation for work
- English and maths, if you don't already have GCSE grade A*-C in English and maths (grade 4 and above)
- Non-study activities such as tutorials, voluntary work, fund-raising/charity work, sport or trips.

This study programme is free for students, who are aged 16-18 on 31 August, and students aged 19-24 with an Education, Health & Care Plan.
