This Level 2 Award in Photography is designed to equip students with essential skills and knowledge in photography techniques, equipment operation, composition, and image editing.

This is a Study Programme for students who are 16-18 years of age.
To study a Level 2 qualification, you will need:
A minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade 3, including English and Maths (or L1 Functional Skills in English and Maths)
OR
A relevant Level 1 qualification with GCSE English and Maths at grade 3 or above (or L1 Functional Skills in English and Maths)
If you have experience in photography please bring some examples of your work

Assessment for this course is primarily through coursework, practical assignments, and portfolio development.
Students will have the opportunity to showcase their understanding of photography concepts through hands-on projects and digital portfolio submissions.
Duration: This course typically runs over a specified number of weeks, with classes held in the evenings to accommodate various schedules.
