Date: Tuesday 8 February
Time: 11am - 1pm
Location: Conway Park Campus
What is a Traineeship?
Traineeships are short, flexible, education programmes lasting between six weeks and 12 months. They are designed for 16-24 year olds who are interested in securing an apprenticeship or employment.
Traineeships are a brilliant way to gain experience and confidence, helping you to take the next step into an apprenticeship, work or further study.
At Wirral Met we are proud of our strong employer links and comprehensive vocational offer. Typically, a traineeship includes 4 weeks in college and 8 weeks with an employer on a high quality work placement.
Traineeships are available in many sectors, including retail, business admin, beauty therapy, construction, health and social care, culinary arts, hairdressing, science and more.
