Emma McFarlane’s journey with Wirral Met has seen her progress from a level one to a level 3 in the area of childcare. She has recently completed her second year of the Early Years Education and Care level 3 Diploma. Emma is employed at ‘Auntie Jayne’s House’ a day nursery on the Wirral.

Stuart started at Wirral Met in 2014 as an intermediate level engineering apprentice and progressed on to the advanced level apprenticeship, where he worked at Prowell Ltd in Ellesmere Port, the world's largest manufacturer of corrugated cardboard. Stuart has become an integral part of their engineering team.
Engineering career routes include becoming an engineering maintenance technician or a welder, and you could work across a range of sectors including engineering, transport, aerospace and offshore oil and gas.
Motor Vehicle students progress onto successful careers in car dealerships, franchises, service centres and general garages, working in roles such as Service Technician, Diagnostic Technician, Mechanic, MOT Specialist, Service Manager.
