This course is designed for those who are new to training and teaching or those who are interested in developing a career in this area.
This qualification comprises of the following units, making up a total of 12 credits:- Unit 301 Understanding roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training - 3 credits Unit 302 Understanding and using inclusive teaching and learning approaches in education and training - 6 credits Unit 305 Understanding assessment in education and training - 3 credits
Relevant Level 2 qualification at Pass or above or a minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grade 4/Grade A*-C or above.
Your English should be at level 2 or above.
Study will be through a combination of class attendance, self study and use of the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)
You will need to have the ability to cope with mathematical concepts.
