Wirral Met alumnus Luke Jenkinson is now a successful General Hotel Manager at Lock and Key Hotel in Liverpool.
After studying at Rock Ferry High School, Luke progressed on to study a level 2 NVQ in Front of House Operations at the College.
He said “this course gave me the opportunity to begin a career in hospitality. I would definitely recommend studying at Wirral Met College. You learn so much, it was the beginning of my 10 years so far in hotels.”
At the contemporary boutique hotel, bar and kitchen, Luke manages the guest experience, housekeeping team, reservations and front of house. When talking about his plans for the future, Luke says he hopes to “continue being General Manager and to help make the business grow.”
