After an impressive display last year, students from our Hairdressing, Makeup and Beauty department have returned to Liverpool Fashion Week.

The show is widely recognised as one of the most influential shows for new designers wishing to launch on the international stage, launching more careers than in fashion in the UK than any other, alongside existing brands keen to show off their latest collections.

Designers flock from all over the world to take part, with Livepool's stylish city set as the centre stage.

However, it's not just the breathtaking clothing designs from designers around the world that stole the spotlight but also the artistry of Wirral Met students who transformed models into walking works of art.

Returning to Liverpool Fashion Week for the third time our students arranged looks for models, including braided bun hair, and makeup featuring a soft winged liner and neutral lips.

Students worked tirelessly to get each model ready for their catwalk performance, and showed an incredible amount of professionalism working with the clients.

An incredible achievement of which our students should be very proud.
