if you are:
- a resident of the Liverpool City Region (Wirral, Liverpool, Sefton, Knowsley, St. Helens or Halton)
- unemployed and in receipt of a state benefit
- if you live outside of the Liverpool City Region and earn less than £25,000 per year.
Courses marked with a double asterisk ** are FREE (T&Cs apply) if you:
Are completing the course to get into work or future career prospects such as going to University.
Live within the Liverpool City Region and:
- Earn under the Liverpool City Region median wage (£33,958 per/year)
- Are unemployed and in receipt of a state benefit
Live outside the Liverpool City Region and:
- Are aged 19-23 and studying for your first full Level 3 qualification
- Are any age and your income is under £25,000
