Vacancy Description:
NW Trading are looking to recruit an Office Administrator Apprentice to join the team. The role will be based in our Head Office in Birkenhead allowing the successful candidate to get exposure to many different aspects of the business.
What will the apprentice be doing?
During your apprenticeship, you will spend at least a number of months in each of the following departments:
- Finance
- Transport
- Ships Agency
- Trading
- HR and Health and Safety
Day to day responsibilities will vary as the incumbent moves between departments, and will include:
- Working with MS Office packages including Teams, SharePoint and others
- Communicating with colleagues and customers via telephone and email
- Filing and ensuring records are kept up to date

Training to be provided:
Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard, including:
- Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours

Weekly hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm
Annual wage: £18,000 a year,(£24,000 if aged 21+)
