This course provides the foundational knowledge and practical tools necessary to develop industry-standard skills in AutoCAD 2D design software.

You must be 19 or over to study on this course.
You do not need formal qualifications for this course but will be considered on your individual skills and experience. You must be able to follow instructions, be willing to work independently, produce answers in a clear and understandable form and organise information clearly.
Some experience of using computers or design software would be beneficial.
You must complete a satisfactory interview and demonstrate your interest in this career pathway.

This qualification will allow progression to further Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications in a range of computer design applications.
